To solve underwater rocket fuze precise delay arming problem, a new delay arming technical scheme based on external conformal turbine is proposed, at the consider of underwater rocket fuze appearance and the particularity of underwater environment. The general scheme is presented, and designed the distance detection device, arming control circuit and actuator. A simulation test is developed to check the analysis and design in the end.
