The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment through job stress and job satisfaction. This study uses quantitative analysis with a total sample of 231 Prima University lecturers determined by using random sampling. The data analysis used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach.
