Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on employment in transport and telecommunications sectors

The coronavirus pandemic negatively affected the performance of the Slovak economy. The economic and employment downturn makes the Slovak Republic one of the most affected countries in the European Union. The aim of the article is, therefore to point out the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on employers in the transport and telecommunications sectors and to analyze the use of government measures to support employment.
