The paper present (1) the structural and rheological characterization of cold water fish and bovine gelatin and (2) the synthesis of both non-mineralized and mineralized hybrid compositions based on the two types of gelatin and polyacrylamide. Hydrogels mineralization was performed by the immobilization of Na 2 HPO 4 in the polymerization mixture followed by incubation in CaCl 2 in the crosslinking bath of gelatin.
