Rheumatoid arthritis is an auto immune disorder and inflammatory that decreases the life expectancy and it is characterized by persistent joint pain. This disease is not curable but can be maintained. People have been using a plant known as Withania somnifera or Indian Ginseng for its medicinal properties. The phytocompounds of this plant shows anti-inflammatory potentials against Rheumatoid Arthritis cytokine pathogenesis. In our study we are going to use IL6 and JAK3 protein as targets for
