... inside the cyst, and was diagnosed as having non-invasive carcinoma. You can see an endoscopic ultrasonographic image on the left side, which shows a unilocular cyst with a clear border in the body of the pancreas. There is a mural nodule inside the cyst. You can also see a histopathology photo. The cyst was lined by the mucinous mucosa, and showed atypical cells with papillary growth in the mural nodule. The findings were typical of tubular adenocarcinoma, and we diagnosed non-invasive carcinoma. Color 2 Case 2:A 64-year-old woman with MCN who had minimally invasive carcinoma and multiple liver metastases. You can see a histopathology photo showing high-grade atypical cells with papillary growth in the mural nodule. The findings were typical of adenocarcinoma. Also you can see invasion of the cystic wall, and we diagnosed minimally invasive carcinoma.
