Due to development of livestock, poultry and fish farming in a market economy the need for various feeds is increasing in the Republic of Uzbekistan as in the whole world. This issue can be solved by strengthening the feed base according to the maximum practical use of modern methods of harvesting and storing vegetable feed and can sharply reduce the loss of nutrients. A liquid bio preparation containing probiotic microorganisms "Imbiokon" and T. harzianum UzCF-28 containing a complex of active cellulose enzymes have been used as silo yeast. The organoleptic properties of silos samples and the amount of formedorganic acids have been studied. As a result, the most positive features have been identified in variant 3 with the usage of "Imbiokon" and fungal culture fluidT. harzianum UzCF-28. Its pH was 4.3 and lactic acid content in comparison to total organic acidswas 83.1%.
