The study aimed at analyzing the relationship between administrative transparency and change management in public organizations, and by using the descriptive analytical method, and collecting theoretical information from the library sources. The study used descriptive and analytical methodology. Questionnaires were distributed to (384) an employee from the directorates of services in Dakahlia Governorate.
