Thetotalseleniumcontentof Candidautilis was12639.7 滋g·L -1 ,andtheseleniumcontentofthecellswas1839.8 滋g·g -1 ,inwhichsodium seleniteconversionratewas79.1%andtheorganicseleniumwashigherthan90%.Theactualvalueofseleniumcontentwassubstantially consistentwiththetheoreticalvalue,andtheresponsesurfacemethodologywasapplicableforthefermentationconditionsofseleniumen原 richedby Candidautilis.
