Efficient Elliptic Curve Cryptography using Glowworm Search Optimization Algorithm

With the emergence of the Internet of Things (IoT), the medical and healthcare systems experiencing the copious growth by utilizing the efficiency of IoT systems in terms of remote, non-invasive and persistent monitoring of patients. With the intention of accomplishing optimal key, Glowworm Swarm Optimization (GSO) model is used in Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC). With this implementation, the patient information can be stored securely in the IoT systems. The performance of the proposed GSO model will be compared and evaluated with the state-of-the-art models by concerning Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and similarity index.
