This investigation aimed to evaluate the effect of whole colocynth fruit, teucrium whole plant and mixture of both on male diabetic rats to raise immunity. Injection with alloxan caused a significant decrease in the level of Hb, Ht, RBC, WBC, Neutrophils, Lymphocytes, Monocytes, Eosinphils and Basophils while a significant increase was recorded in organs weight and Plt while changes of histopathological structure of liver and kidney occamed .Diabetic rats treated with various diets, the results showed the improvement in all previous parameters. Teurium diet strengthened immune than coloynth diet and the Mix diet was the best.
