Work-Family Conflict and Turnover Intentions: Moderated Mediation Model

In this research, the relationship between work-family conflicts of female doctors with turnover intentions is examined along with the moderating role of perceived organizational support and taking job stress as a mediator. A self-administered questionnaire was used to collect data from 270 female doctors who were practicing in different tertiary care hospitals of Lahore.
