This study is based on questionnaires distributed to a sample of 285 respondents in UNITEN (Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Campus) and MMU (Melaka Campus). The findings also indicate that the measurement is fit, as it meets the entire criterion for convergent validity, discriminant validity, as well as reliability. Future researchers are encouraged to include new variables and mediating variables in the research model. The research study provides necessary information on the issues of work readiness skills and career self-efficacy.
