Une «tachycardie sinusale» persistante Description du cas Patiente de 78 ans, adressée par son médecin traitant pour une «tachycardie sinusale» présente depuis plusieurs semaines. La patiente est dyspnéique aux petits efforts. Elle ne prend pas de médicaments. La figure 1 montre l'ECG de la patiente lors de sa première consultation.
