This new journal takes a resolute stand against scepticism and irrationalism and pursues the perennial goal of rational philosophy. RATIO deals with all branches of pure and applied philosophy, from logic and philosophy of nature to ethics and philosophy of religion. RATIO continues in a new form philosophical aims pursued with uncommon seriousness and courage in the Abhandlungen der Fries'schen Schule.
