Обмін досвідом із надання юридичної допомоги -один із позитивних аспектів співпраці юридичних клінік на міжнародному рівні. Країни в усіх регіонах і в різних умовах розвитку стикаються із загальними проблемами. Виходячи з даних опитувань, наданих міжнародними комісіями, серед держав зростає інтерес до вивчення досвіду інших країн щодо вирішення аналогічних проблем у створенні та забезпеченні якісних послуг юридичної допомоги. Глобалізація кооперації між юридичними клініками матиме позитивний вплив на загальний вектор спрямованості діяльності законодавців та інших зацікавлених суб'єктів, що працюють у сфері доступу до юридичної допомоги. Окрім того, конкретизація пріоритетів розвитку та рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності надання юридичної допомоги є одним із позитивних аспектів міжнародного співробітництва для розширення можливості людей домагатися правосуддя і захищати свої права. Включаючи розвиток сучасних технологій і, відповідно, поліпшення зв'язків між різними верствами населення і країнами, проблема мовних бар'єрів та відмінностей менталітету залишається актуальною. Взаємодія серед юридичних клінік на міжнародному рівні дасть можливість як населенню, так і клініцистам вийти на новий рівень розуміння демократичних засад, різних сфер міжнародного права, у тому числі культурних особливостей, що є невід'ємною частиною формування будь-якої правової системи, а також їхнього впливу на правосуддя. Таким чином, співпраця країн з іншими відповідними зацікавленими сторонами в розвитку національних, регіональних і глобальних спеціалізованих мереж юридичних клінік для обміну інформацією та передовим досвідом і знаннями пов'язана з наданням якісних послуг юридичної допомоги. Prospects for international cooperation among legal clinics One of the main problems of today is the limitation of access to legal assistance for the marginalized, as well as the most diverse strata of the population, which, in turn, violates the basic principles of justice. Due to the above fact there is a growing number of violations and disregard of universal human rights in interaction with the state system of justice, namely the hasty adoption of decisions, as a result of insufficient information. Exchange of experience in the provision of legal aid is one of the positive aspects of cooperation between legal clinics at the international level. Countries in all regions and under different conditions of development are confronted with common problems. Based on the observations made by international commissions, there is a growing interest among states to learn from the experience of other countries in solving similar problems in creating and providing quality legal aid services. Globalization of cooperation between legal clinics will have a positive impact on the general vector of directivity of activity of legislators and other interested subjects, which operate in the sphere of access to legal aid. Moreover, specifying priorities for development and recommendations to improve the efficiency of legal aid provision, is one of the positive aspects of international cooperation, to enhance the ability of people to seek justice and protect their rights. Including the development of modern technologies, and accordingly the improvement of relations between different populations and countries, the problem of language barriers and differences in mentality remains relevant. Interaction among legal clinics at the international level will enable both the population and the clinicians to reach a new level of understanding of democratic principles, different spheres of international law, including cultural specificities, which is an integral part of the formation of any legal system, as well as their impact on justice. Thus, cooperation of countries with other relevant stakeholders in the development of national, regional and global specialized networks of legal clinics for the exchange of information and best practices and knowledge related to the provision of quality legal aid services.
