材料評価のための光音響顕微鏡システムの開発
We attempt to develop a scanning photoacoustic microscope system with low cost, high performance and easy operation. Using this system images of a surface artificial line flaw on a machinable ceramic, subsurface drill holes in epoxy resin and a distribution of carbon fiber fluxes in a carbon fiber reinforced plastics were obtained clearly. This system was also effective for measurement of thermal diffusivity of epoxy resin contacted on a substrate.
