Operators must ensure seamless voice and data session continuity even when subscribers are on move. Service continuity is one of the most critical quality parameter in a cellular system. QoS during handover is always hindered by the handover latency and packet loss. Among several approaches, IP multihoming is a promising solution to achieve throughput increment and packet loss reduction. Theoretically, it can ensure no interrupt or packet loss during the handover. In this paper, we present adoi:10.1109/vetecs.2012.6240063 dblp:conf/vtc/NamalPG12 fatcat:wu7pigakuzhjxis2wf7qcdf4qe
