the paper presented here aims to address, from Friedrich Muller's theoretical construct, the treatment mode of the conflict among the principles of the Law Structuring Theory. The regulatory framework, from the methodical structuring, constitutes in rule element, signaling that the Law does not end in a logical set of propositions, constituting itself, before, in a regulatory system which tries to run the society and, in parallel, is influenced by it.
