The bibliography presented here aims to be an initial aproach to the study of the reception of the works by Bernardo Atxaga. The translation of Obabakoak (1988) to more than fourteen languages has taken Atxaga's work beyond the Basque literary area of influence, which has both entailed the multiplication of the number ofreaders and yielded a variety and a wealth ofreceptions unknown until now in Basque literature. In La Literatura como provQcaci6n (1967), one of his most outstanding works, Rans Robert ]auss argues for the need to take a new course heading in the study and historiography of the literary work. According to this new perspective, it is necessary for there to be "literary history" that elucidates the aesthetic distance between the literary work and the horizon of the reader's expectations. This type of analysis rejeas the periodications that do not take into account the different receptions that a literary work has had since, ultimately, it is only the readers and the readings that can determine all the literary potential of the work. Bearing these goals in mind, the present bibliographic contribution only attempts to pave the way for subsequent studies in receptivity. Zentzu honetan, eta bibliografiek berez duten hoztasuna gainditu nahian, etorkizunean egin litezkeen harrera-azterketarako abiapuntu izan nahiko luke material honek, euskal literaturaturen azterketarako norabide berriak ireki asmoz. Esan gabe doa, proposamen guztien modura, bibliografia honek badituela (nola ez) bere hutsune eta gehiegikeriak, geroko lana genuke eskainitako zerrenda horietan betelana dena zehaztu eta ezabatzea, eta honekin batera, gure eskuetatik ihes egin diguten artikuluak eranstea. Ez da ez lan erraza azken urteotan euskal idazle ezagu-nena bihurtu zaigunaren bibliografia jarraitzea! Hala ere, gure literaturaren esparruan ematen diren azterketa urriak kontuan hartuz~ interesgarri eta beharrezko iriz~en diogu norabideak aldatu eta gehitzeari. Azken honi dagokionean, jarraian datorren harrera-bibliografia honek, gure testuak aztertzeko erabili ez den planteiamendu berri baten oihartzunak dakarzkigu: kritika-ren baitan Harreraren Estetika deritzonarena, hain zuzen.
