Characteristics of COVID-19 Infection in Patients without a History of Travel to Infected Areas or Direct Contact with a Case-Patient

Little is known about COVID-19 patients who have not traveled to infected areas or had direct contact with infected persons. This report describes the clinical features of 28 such patients with confirmed COVID-19 infection. Data on clinical characteristics during hospitalization were collected.
