This paper aims to present a process of implementing a Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) method and a manner of evaluating the effectiveness of such an undertaking. The subject of the study is a printing enterprise that conducts its business activity in Poland and the chosen research area is a flexographic machine Gidue Master Combat 430.
