Person-centric integrated eHealth records: Reliable, secure, confidential and safe

This article discusses two of the many eHealth implementations done by BT: the English National Programme for IT (NPfIT) and Hungary IKIR. BT has found that the interaction between patient and clinician and the needs and pressures of operational managers and policy makers are very similar in any country and setting.
