<p class="jbls">A partial purification and biochemical characterization of theamylase from AeromonascaviaeNK1 were carried out in this study. The extracellular extract was concentrated using ammonium sulfate precipitation and optimum operational conditions for the enzyme activity from the strain were evaluated. The optimum pH and temperature were observed 11.5 and370C respectively. Ca2+, Mn2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, Pb2+, Co2+
