With the increase in the number of repeated interventions on the tissues of the nose, the question arose of how to avoid certain complications, which, perhaps, will provide a predictable final result of the operation. Based on 3 years of experience with such patients, we have developed a protocol for the treatment of postoperative edema, which we actively use in our work both with patients after primary rhinoplasty and after repeated surgeries.
