Delay-optimal service curve allocation scheme

A service allocation scheme has been proposed in this letter, so that real-time sessions with deterministic delay bounds can be admitted as many as possible in service curve algorithms. The proposed scheme is superior to the previous scheme especially when a session passes through multiple routers.
