Neonatal birth weight was not significantly different between these groups. Gravida and parity of the patient, and the number of previous vaginal deliveries, have been identified as factors that reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes by lineer regression analysis. Increased number of previous vaginal deliveries, gravida and parity reduce the adverse pregnancy outcomes in women having VDAC.
