The researchers, through this research paper, are focussing on legal and managerial measures for controlling traffic and preventing road accidents in the country. The whole discussion is emphasizing upon the analysis of legislative and policy based model of road safety measures in India comparing it with the European model. Further, the researchers are trying to put certain policy based suggestions giving scope for future changes in the law relating to road safety management in the country.
