Odontomas are the most common odontogenic tumours of the jaws, which are benign, slow growing and nonaggressive. Odontomas are usually asymptomatic, but sometimes may interfere with the eruption of the associated teeth leading to impaction or delayed eruption and displacement of adjacent teeth resulting in malocclusion.
