PURPOSE R-MPV-A therapy has recently been reported to improve the outcomes of primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL). Our patients have received R-MPV-A therapy since 2017 and elderly patients have only been treated with whole brain radiotherapy when they do not show a complete response after induction chemotherapy.
