In this paper, we report the dielectric spectroscopy of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) ceramic which has been widely used due to a very low dielectric coefficient. In order to obtain the relaxation time distributions of h-BN, the Havriliak-Negami empirical equation is selected to analyse the measured dielectric data due to the Cole-Cole plots of h-BN samples.
