Surgical treatment for progressive prostate cancer: A clinical case

In spite of its existing standards, the treatment of patients with progressive prostate cancer (PC) remains a matter of debate. Ensuring that the patients have good quality of life is also relevant. The paper describes a clinical case of a patient with progressive PC after hormone therapy, brachytherapy, salvage prostatectomy, enucleation of the testicular parenchyma, and salvage lymphadenectomy.
