... es -, mais próximos do público que procura o Judiciário, e evidenciadas por prêmios e iniciativas desta natureza, com o objetivo de disseminá-las e assim influenciar esses contornos. Aplicando eixos de análise que localizam características das candidaturasproblemas identificados, meios desenvolvidos e formas de análise de contexto -a pesquisa busca apontar os sentidos em que a "Reforma do Judiciário" tem seguido, quais são os problemas e quais são as soluções propostas. Estes espaços podem servir como arenas democráticas de redefinição da estrutura do Judiciário brasileiro, construindo novas formas de se preparar a jurisdição; ou podem significar simplesmente a cristalização de poder a partir do "topo" -quem julga o que é inovador e quais serão as políticas destacadas. Essas são as duas hipóteses testadas na investigação. Abstract This paper try to analyze the recent public policies developed by judicial actors -thus understood members of the Judiciary, the organs essential to Justice -Public Defenders and public prosecutors ("Ministério Público"), and also the public advocacy groups from the 971 applications for the Award Innovare, especially 75 winning candidates. The research investigates the constitution of new institutional boundaries created by actors of "basis" of the judiciary -judges, prosecutors, defenders -, closer to the public who seek the Judiciary, and evidenced by awards and initiatives of this nature, with the goal of spreading them and thus influence these contours. Applying analysis axes that locate features of applications -problems identified, developed ways and means of analysis of context -research seeks to identify the directions that the "Judicial Reform" has followed, what the problems are and what solutions are proposed. These spaces can serve as arenas of democratic redefinition of the structure of the Brazilian judiciary, building new ways to prepare the jurisdiction, or may simply mean the crystallization of power from the "top" -who judges what is innovative and what are the policies highlighted. These are the two hypotheses tested in research.
