DESKRIPSI KINERJA PROFESIONAL GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN ILMU PENGETAHUAN ALAM KELAS EMPAT SEKOLAH DASAR

The background of this research was the teacher professional performance in learning was lacking. Besides that, the result of science learning outcomes was not good enough. It showed that the science learning process did not show the maximal consequence yet. The method of this research used the descriptive qualitative method. It was done by assessing the science teacher of public elementary school 01 in Beduai, the science teacher of public elementary school 02 in Beduai, and the science

The result of this research showed that the teacher professional performance in the science learning process reached a score in the "Good" category, based on the education service of Beduai. The assessment of subject 1 amounted to 67,23, subject 2 was 66,53, and subject 3 was 63,92. The description based on the subjects' answers in the interview showed that all subjects used the method in science learning. Then, they arranged learning planning before doing the learning process. Teachers used media in the learning process and evaluated learning. On the other hand, the description based on the interview also showed that the student behaviour in the science learning process was varied.
