The purpose of the study was to find out "The Effect of Aerobic and Anaerobic Interval Training Combined with Yogic Practices on Selected Physiological variables (Breath Holding Time, Cardiovascular Endurance) of High School male Kabaddi players." The study was formulated as a true random group design, consisting of a pre-test and post-test.
