Purpose: This study examined relations between perceiving a calling and job satisfaction in probation officers. Additionally, multiple mediator model was run to examine the mediating effect of work meaning and career commitment in the relations of perceiving a calling and job satisfaction. Methods: Four factors (job satisfaction, perceiving a calling, work meaning, career commitment) were measured with Likert scales.
