Results: Mortise width, depth, coronal angle and sagittal angle values of observation group after operation were lower than those of control group (P<0.05); serum S-CTX level of observation group 3 months after operation was lower than that of control group, and PINP, 1,25(OH)2D3, BMP-7, TGF-β 1 and bFGF levels were higher than those of control group.
