Malignancy is often suspected in a rapidly growing bleeding breast mass. In the pediatric population, where the majority of tumors are benign, these masses can have clinical presentations that mimic malignant tumors. This is a case of an eleven year old prepubertal female with a huge bleeding breast mass who underwent mastectomy with final histopathology showing giant fibroadenoma.
