The study aimed to reveal the impact of the innovative leadership of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs in the southern governorates in Palestine on job satisfaction. The study sample consisted of (240) workers in the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs in the southern governorates. The study followed the descriptive approach. more » ... satisfaction reached (67.73%) average, and there is a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (α ≥ 0.05) between innovative leadership and job satisfaction where it was The value of (t) = 0.900 and the statistical significance is less than 0.05, and there are no differences between the response averages of the respondents about innovative leadership and job satisfaction among workers in the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs in the southern governorates according to the gender variable and educational qualification, while there are differences in the variable years of service between the lower category From 5 years and categories (5-10 years, more than 10 years) in favor of groups (5-10 years, more than 10 years).
