Internalizing psychopathologies (IPs) such as anxiety and depression are commonly associated with disturbances in sleep (e.g., problems falling asleep, staying asleep) and emotion dysregulation. Accumulating data indicate problematic sleep is transdiagnostic and may exacerbate symptoms and emotion dysregulation in IPs.
