We describe a case of Tourette's disorder in a 7 -year-old boy. Symptoms of Tourette's disorder include tic disorders, multiple tics, and voice tics; these sympotoms persist for more than 1 year. Tic disorders are attributed to psychological stress in the household environment. Generally, tics appear in childhood and induce self mutilation. Our patient had severe bite wounds in the tongue caused by self mutilation. These symptoms were suggested to be caused by a poor relation with his mother.
