Combining a multiplier penalty function method of dealing with constraints using the quantum particle swarm optimization (QPSO) algorithm, a hybrid QPSO algorithm is proposed for solving nonlinear complementary problems. This method utilizes the advantages of the QPSO and the multiplier penalty function method.
