In this study, NiO NPs and doped NiO NPs were prepared in a two-step process and they were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and nitrogen adsorption desorption. X-ray diffraction outcome clarified that all the patterns present the similar peaks that are attributed to the cubic variety of the NiO and all doping metals could be inserted into the NiO structure.
