Four Patients in 5 th and 6 th decade who are highly diabetic suffering from necrotising fascitis (NF) has been described in this study. Most general symptoms were that they presented with h/o difficulty in breathing and difficulty in swallowing since 2-3 weeks. Very limited studies are there in the field as these are considered to be very rare. This study is one such effort to study the surgical outcome.
