The aim of study to alert the neurosurgeons and ancologests about the significant of the use of radiotherapy in treatment of the thalassemia patients have intricate spinal cord compression. We found there is wide difference between these two types of management in relation to outcome in treatment of the spinal cord compression which is a complication of thalassemia. intermediate & beta.
