Evaluating and Adopting e-Learning Platforms

This paper aims to propose a framework for classifying and analyzing e-Learning platforms from the infrastructure, functions, specialization, learning activity, learning context, learning experience and customization dimensions. The framework is used to classify and evaluate a number of existing mathematics e-Learning platforms.
