Several challenges were faced like integration of unlike material, homogenized mixing, decrease in melt flow rate, degradation of wood fibers and surface finishing likewise other were recorded. The investigation is done to suggest possible solutions to avert the situations. Some are implemented in this study and some led to the future scope of work. The prime objective of the study is to help in reducing the intermittent time, support that requires in the development of composite and for the production at large scale.
