This article reflects on the invisibility of migration and the refuge of LGBT+ people, a fact that causes a series of risks and violence against those bodies, making them the most vulnerable in the migration process. Therefore, with a critical view this text describes the trajectory of migration studies, approaching the invisibility of dissident heteronormativity and cisnormativity or cissexism, the international and the Mexican legal framework on the protection of transnational migrants and LGBT+ refugees, pointing out how riskier and most vulnerable the scenery of global health crisis are for LGBT+ migrants.
