The Effect of Rapid Dehydration on Some Motor Fitness Factors of Wrestlers

The main purpose of this research was to study the effect of rapid dehydration on some motor fitness of wrestlers. So 30 wrestlers were voluntarily selected and randomly divided into two groups (n=15); active and sauna groups. They participated in some motor fitness factors tests such as; reaction time, 9 × 4 meters test to measure agility and 60 m sprint to measure speed. The results showed acute dehydration in the active group had a significant effect on agility, but did not have a
