This study is to look at the trends of the housing price affected by green infrastructure elements by using the Hedonic Price Approach. The researchers embark on these objectives; (a) to analyze the green infrastructure components that affect the housing market price; and (b) to examine the regression analysis on the Hedonic Pricing Model.
